ADHD, or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, is a common condition that affects more than three million people in the U.S. alone each year. Destroying 2,000 Bullets

There are some questions you didn’t know you wanted answered until you discover them. Today’s question we didn’t know we wanted the answer to is “What is the sound of 2,000 exploding bullets like?” While you might expect these explosions to just add up to a bunch of noise, it turns out the end result is actually almost soothing. Like the popping of incredibly dangerous heavy metal popcorn or a cacophonous pounding of rain on a metal roof. We have no idea why this hero decided to detonate all of these rounds, but we’re happy they did. Read more: http://www.wimp.com/destroying-two-thousand-bullets/

Surfing Pig Can Shred

Surfing is a way of life in Hawaii. It’s not just humans who enjoy shredding some waves, though – we’ve seen dogs, bunnies, and goats cruise up and down the coast. Kama the pig has been tearing up the island of Oahu’s Sandy Beach for years. Owner Kai Holt stumbled upon the pig when it was just a baby while camping with his family. Soon after adopting the little guy, Holt discovered the animal loved the water and started taking him along on surf outings. While Kama is not the most agile athlete around, he is certainly one popular jock. The Kelly Slater of the animal kingdom, this hairy superstar has reeled in endorsements from GoPro, Local Motion, Costco, Hurley, and more. In addition to being a local celebrity, Kama is also a proud father. Having recently fathered a son, Kama 2, it was only a matter of time before the new piglet would be introduced to the waves. Like father like son, Kama 2 loves surfing. At just two months old, he is already hanging 10, or rather, 16. There’s an old saying that goes, “The best surfer out in the water is the one having the most fun.” By the look of things, Kama 2 might be one of the greats. Don’t forget to SHARE this rad video with your friends and family. H/T: GoPro Read more: http://www.wimp.com/surfing-pig-can-shred/

Baby Can’t Stop Laughing Whenever His Parents Kiss

Being able to smooch the love of your life is one of the great joys of the human experience. If you’re this baby, watching your parents do it is something even better. Kimberlee Heberle decided to film a video of her and her husband kissing in front of their one-year-old. Little did she know, every time they locked lips the baby was overcome with laughter. It delighted the parents so much that they kept kissing; with each smooch resulting in more and more laughter from their son. We can only hope this little boy grows up to always find this much joy in the act of kissing. Read more: http://www.wimp.com/baby-laughs-when-parents-kiss/

“Bridal Buddy” Solves Every Bride’s Secret Worry

As any bride will tell you, there’s a lot of work that goes into saying “yes” to the dress. While I happened to get married in a dress that I got off a clearance rack for $19.99, the average U.S. bride spends around $1,200 on a gown. It’s a huge price tag for something you’re only going to wear once, but on the other hand, you only get to wear it once (or so you hope going into your wedding). Why not do it to the nines? In search of a dress with the perfect length, shape, color, and fit, however, one aspect that often gets overlooked is the bride’s comfort. Before my own wedding, I had the honor of being a bridesmaid several times, and let me tell you – bridesmaids are the unsung heroes of every wedding. When wearing a big, fancy dress, a bride has serious need of attendants. We adjust bra straps, check for runs in hose, wipe off scuff marks on shoes, and keep the bride’s lipstick in our purse. We make sure she doesn’t forget to actually eat the food she so painstakingly picked out, rescue her from long-winded conversations, and keep her wine glass full. And then, of course, there’s that awkward moment when she has to use the bathroom. The last thing you want to do to a thousand-dollar dress is tinkle on it, but getting the skirt out of the way can be a big job. From personal experience, I’d say that every bride should travel with at least two to three attendants when using the restroom – until today, that is. What you are about to see was created for brides, by a bride, to solve a problem that women have been dealing with since the first puffy wedding dress. My only question is, why did it take us so long to figure this out?! H/T: Bridal Buddy Read more: http://www.wimp.com/bridal-buddy-wedding-dress/

Shaolin Monk Sets World Record For Running Over Water

Shi Liliang is a Shaolin monk who wanted to prove a lesson in concentration and trust. To do so he attempted and successfully completed a new world record by running over 125 meters of water. Liliang ran across thin, floating boards of plywood that were not heavy enough to support his whole weight. After a few unsuccessful attempts, Liliang made it all the way across a reservoir in Quanzhou, China. He completed the 125-meter run in just 50 seconds. The lesson to be learned, as the monk himself said afterwards is: “People need to trust themselves. I failed five times, and I managed to run successfully.†Read more: http://www.wimp.com/monk-runs-across-water-and-sets-record/
