The great white shark is one of the most formidable hunters on the planet, but it has one nemesis that it remains powerless against, the shark cage. That’s good news for these divers. Otherwise this great white would have been chowing down on scuba gear and Steve instead of an unsatisfying nibble of steel. Great whites can swim at up to 25 mph maximum in short bursts. When you add their razor sharp teeth to that equation, we can all give thanks that these gentlemen had a barrier between them and certain doom.
