When you lose a camera while you’re out on the lake, it’s a fair assumption you will never see that camera ever again. One family man experienced this common misfortune while enjoying a day on the water with his wife and kids and understandably accepted the loss. He was bummed to lose a gift from his wife, but it’s part of life. A few months later his camera was discovered, but it’s journey home had just begun. The man who found it was a father who had just had also recently almost lost something, something that hit closer to home than a simple camera. This isn’t just the story of a lost camera.
