“Irish” Dancing
Before you ask yourself what in the world you’re watching, the following video requires a little bit of backstory. Apparently YouTuber Rikki Rozelle and her boyfriend stumbled upon a clip of five guys practicing street dancing and thought that it would be a funny idea to change the music. So, instead of the original hip hop music used in the video, they decided to replace it with something a little more … Celtic.
Thus, the “Celtic Walk” was born. While step dance is typically performed to this genre of music, their street dancing actually matches it pretty well. As silly as it might look, I think we can all agree that an all out dance off between step dancers and street groups would be pretty epic.
