It’s a pretty big deal, which explains why the commercial announcing this year’s lottery is a Disney-level animated short film that might leave you reaching for a box of tissues by the end. With the state of Christmas advertising around the world in 2015, Disney and Pixar might need to up their game moving forward. With solid animation and every last heartstring pulled, simple ads are becoming works of art.
