   The most-shared ad of July is a riveting, white-knuckle adrenaline ride through the streets of San Francisco.

   Watching Ken Block rip and shred through turns is a pure delight for speed junkies and gearheads. Anyone who winces at car crashes in movies – this is not for you. But good luck looking away.

2. 2. Sesame Street: Share It Maybe

   We all knew this was coming right? It makes perfect sense that the Cookie Monster would spoof Carly Rae Jepsen’s song “Call Me Maybe” and turn it into a plea for you to share your cookies with him.

   We just have one suggestion. In the words of the immortal Randy Jackson, “I’m not sure about your tone dawg. It seems just a little bit off to me. Otherwise, I’m totally diggin’ it!”

3. 3. Abercrombie Models Sing “Call Me Maybe” While Shirtless

   Supposedly this is a video created by the controversial store’s models and employees themselves. From the description:

   “To celebrate the song’s Summer popularity, A&F asked its hottest guys from its Flagship stores all around the world to have fun with the song — film it on their phones and to do whatever came naturally… This is what the guys sent back!”

   Regardless of who created it, it’s being shared like crazy. It’s got virtually the same recipe as the number two video so it makes complete sense to us.

4. 4. Som Sabadell Flash Mob

   Flash Mobs still light up the charts on share counts. Banco Sabadell chose to celebrate its 130-year anniversary by arranging one of their own with some truly talented musicians and singers.

   The little girl conducting from the lightpost is one of the best visual moments, but it seems like a lot of the people in the crowd might have been just as planned as the “flash mob” itself.

5. 5. Obama Campaign Ad: “Firms”

   The Romney campaign has two videos that placed in the top 10 this month, but the Obama campaign out-performed each of them with this new take on using an opposing candidate’s words against him.

   In total, there are three political ads in the top 10 this month and we expect that trend to continue.

6. 6. Romney Campaign Ad: “These Hands”

   The second political ad to appear in the top 10 features an ad from the Romney campaign. In another age-old political maneuver, the opposing candidate’s words are taken from context to elicit a visceral reaction from a particular voting block.

7. 7. Mister Rogers Remixed

   And on a lighter note, this video ad for PBS featuring
   Mister Rogers’ most famous refrains remixed by Symphony of Science’s John D. Boswell is just brimming with awesome.

   We completely agree with the headphone recommendation in the video’s description as well. It does wonders for increasing the nostalgia factor.

8. 8. Romney Campaign Ad: “What Happened?”

   Four years ago, Candidate Obama spoke out against using “stale tactics to scare voters.” Today, his plan to “destroy Romney” includes dishonest attacks that he hopes will distract voters from his broken promises.

9. 9. P&G London 2012 Olympic Games Film: “Best Job”

   This ad was number two on last month’s list and we’re not surprised that it’s still hanging on to a spot in the top ten.

   We already know what’s going to happen and our eyes still well up with tears. We’re suckers for videos that make us remember how cool moms are. And it looks like we’re not alone.

10. 10. A Dramatic Surprise on a Quiet Square

    TNT’s flashmob entry into the top-shared ad race has been a strong contender for a long time.

    Apparently people just can’t get enough watching this well-constructed mayhem wow the folks from this quiet Belgian town.
