Tiny Baseball Player Busts A Move During Game

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: kids do the darndest things. Whether it’s something they say or something they do, you’re probably never going to get bored with some kids around. That may also be because you’re busy making sure none of them get into too much trouble, but anyone with even the slightest bit of babysitting experience can attest to the fact that there are plenty of highly entertaining moments to be had.

One of my nephews is the funniest 7-year-old you’ll ever meet, and he’s not really even trying. He’s really cute, but is often lost in his own thoughts with an intensity that makes him look like Grumpy Cat. It’s just too funny. One of the things I’ve learned from hanging out with him is that patience is a virtue that takes a while to acquire. He doesn’t really like waiting for stuff: his idea of an appropriate rest time for Uncle Arch after three rounds of freeze tag is counting to 30 – while skipping numbers 15-25. When it comes to fun, kids have no patience.

Take this kid, for instance. This video was uploaded by YouTuber Nikki buell, with the title “Batter taking too long.” The boy, named Coop, looks to be about 3-5 years old, and is playing in a baseball game against other kids his age. As “Turn Down For What?” by Lil Jon plays in the background, Coop apparently gets bored of waiting for the batter to take his turn and, recognizing the song for the baller jam that it most assuredly is, decides to bust a move right there on the field.

Maybe if he becomes a pro baseballer someday, we’ll get to see him transition over to Dancing With The Stars, too.
