A dashboard camera captured a Russian motorist driving erratically. Then, his car spun out of control, right in front of an office conducting a traffic stop. Seeing the officer, the foolish driver decided to put his car in reverse in an attempt to escape the cop. It seemed gloomy outside when this man got into his car one day, but then again, every day is pretty gloomy when you live in Russia.
