Last year, the heartwarming story of 11-year-old Bella Burton and her Great Dane service dog, George, took the world by storm. Because Burton suffers from a progressive disease known as Morquio Syndrome, doctors thought she’d spend the rest of her life clinging to crutches. Then she met her helpful, gentle giant at The Service Dog Project. Recently, the little sweetheart decided she wanted to say “thank you” to George. With the help of BarkBox, they gave him the best day a dog could imagine, complete with treats and pampering! What a wonderful friendship these two share. Everyone involved in making George’s day so special deserves a “thank you” day of their own. Read more: http://www.viralnova.com/thanks-george/
Watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is a tradition for many families. I always remember having the parade on the tiny television in my grandparents’ kitchen while I was enlisted to chop or prepare something for our big meal. My sister and I would pick out our favorites from the legendary balloons. It’s nostalgic. For one grandma, the parade has huge significance. Grandma Boop had been trying to be in the parade for more than 30 years, and on her 83rd birthday, her kids gave her the surprise of a lifetime. She doesn’t know what to think or believe at first, but when she gets it, the look on her face is priceless. Read More: This Grandma Danced Her Way Through Life — We Should All Be This Fabulous At 88 I’m sure it was an amazing experience and Grandma Boop really made the most of it. That’s one more thing crossed off the bucket list. Read more: http://www.viralnova.com/thanksgiving-day-parade/

One New Jersey transit cop is being hailed as a hero after rescuing a man who had become trapped on the train tracks. The cop jumped into action when he heard the train rapidly approaching. You can clearly see the officer trying to pull this man to safety in the following video, since he wasn’t able or was choosing not to move on his own. Even if you don’t have a baby, you know that there are numerous “remedies” to stop them from crying. Whether it’s going for a drive, singing, or playing classical music, we’ve all heard some kind of wive’s tale on how to calm cries. The problem with these remedies is that they don’t work 100% of the time on 100% of babies. Until now. This pediatrician has a method to stop your baby from crying that seems fool-proof. Watch how easily he can comfort a whining baby — he even does it multiple times to prove how effective it is! Wow! Look how easy that was. Try it with your little babe the next time they are having a fit. Hopefully it works for you, all you have to do is shake that little booty. Turn it into a fun little dance! When Hope For Paws received a call about a homeless poodle who’d been living under a home for five months, they knew their task of rescuing him wouldn’t be easy. As you can imagine, life on the streets was rough and had caused the poor boy to become aggressive and fearful of humans — even those who were trying to help him. After two hours and tons of patience, Eldad and his friend Lisa managed to get a lucky leash on scared little Scotty. You’re not going to believe his almost immediate transformation! Look how happy he is! YouTube Please consider donating to Hope For Paws so they can continue these life-saving missions in the Los Angeles area and around the country. Some rescue crews have equipment that helps save the lives of animals, but this unit in Vancouver did not. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(‘VN_PG_DTBT_ATF’); }); Kids, those precious, adorable, sassy humans, really do say the darnedest things sometimes. Case in point: this video by a little girl named JoJo. When told to go to the bathroom before heading to bed, the dramatic girl had some choice words for her father. JoJo’s bed-wetting issue is clearly not something she’s happy to admit, so when Dad tells her she’s probably going to end up peeing her bed, she decided to sing a hilarious song. The goal? Persuading her father that her bed would be completely dry come tomorrow morning. I feel like she was made for drama school. Her movements are so expressive. Here’s hoping JoJo had an accident-free night! Read more: http://www.viralnova.com/i-wont-wet-the-bed/
