This Indian ‘Birdman’ Feeds Around 4,000 Wild Parakeets Twice A Day

Like Bruce Wayne or Neo from The Matrix, sometimes we accidentally step into roles we never thought we would have. One camera repairman from Chennai, India has found himself in the same situation. Ten years ago, Sekar fed two parakeets from his windowsill. Today he feeds nearly four thousand birds every morning and has become known as India’s “birdman.”  Much to Sekar’s delight, the thousands of birds that flock to his house every day have taken over his life. “I don’t have anything other than these birds. My life revolves around these birds. I can’t do anything,” Sekar says. Still, Sekar enjoys his status as the “birdman” and hopes others can learn about loving and caring for others from his work. The Myers-Briggs Test Doesn’t Mean Anything

“Do you prefer to focus on the outer world or on your own inner world?” This is a sample question from the popular Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, which you’ve probably taken at some point in your school or work career. The test, which consists of 93 questions, is meant to classify those who take it as one of 16 distinct personality types. The folks over at Vox decided to take a closer look at the test that many believe to be an accurate indicator of personality to see just how much truth it actually holds.  After all, we’re living in a time when quizzes telling us what Disney Princess or what type of pizza we are are extremely popular, so what makes this test any better than those? If you’ve ever been curious about Myers-Briggs, this video provides insightful research and findings that’ll have you worrying less about whether you’re an ISTJ or an ESFJ. Paying $1 To Fly Nowhere

While it might be a “stay-cation” and not a vacation, this onboard experience is an incredible memory for all those that take part (although, it might not top flying with this hilarious attendant). It’s also likely the only time in their lives these passengers will be on a plane.  With estimates of people living in poverty in India range from 20 percent to a whopping half of the population, most people are more worried about survival than flying. According to India’s latest census, 75 percent of the 300 million households surveyed earn less than 5,000 Indian rupees a month. That’s a mere $78 a month. Although, that might be rich according to the standards set by the government; the official poverty line is set at living off approximately $1.20 a day. If you think you’re being tricked, you can watch the video again and see that nothing but the only the negative and black-and-white image ever appears. The only thing tricking you is your own brain. These Dancers Sync Up And Put On An Unreal Performance

Dance in China has existed for thousands of years and is renowned as one of the most intricate cultures of dance around the world. Like many forms of Western dance, Chinese dance has evolved constantly throughout the centuries and takes from many different influences. This video was taken at the Xiaopei Chinese Dance Camp in 2013. It starts out as what appears to be a ballerina practice, but it instantly turns into so much more. The moves themselves are a creative blend of traditional Chinese choreography but with a slightly Western influence. Words just don’t do the performance justice – the level of strength, coordination, balance, agility and flexibility of these dancers are out of this world. The Closest You’ll Ever Get To Climbing The Eiffel Tower

James Kingston is an adventurer famous for doing things most people would consider completely insane. In the past he has climbed the Wembley arch, taken a selfie on the very top of a crane, and scaled a 200 meter radio tower. So what do you do to top all of that? Kingston’s answer is to climb up the Eiffel Tower while filming it all on a GoPro.  To do this, he waited till 1 in the morning. When he found a break in the security, he started his ascent. Armed only with a camera and a friend to keep watch, Kingston climbed up one of them most famous landmarks in the world. In the middle of the night, Kingston and his climbing partner were spotted by security and hid in a crevice until the coast was clear. At 9:00 a.m. they were spotted again by tourists going up in a lift.
