I’ll keep this short because Welles Remy Crowther’s actions speak louder than any words. When you remember 9/11, whether it’s today, tomorrow, the 20-year anniversary or beyond, don’t remember the violence. Don’t remember the hate that caused it. Remember the actions of this man and others like him, who showed the true face of humanity in the midst of that incredible tragedy. Don’t bring up this day if you’re looking to blame someone. Focus on the lessons these incredible acts can teach us.
