Summer is a time to get out and enjoy the sunshine. While most of us know the importance of sunscreen and the danger over exposure can inflict, we still often let ourselves just shrug it off. It’s not like you got a sunburn, so you’re fine, right?
Nope. As this video from artist Thomas Leveritt shows, that’s just not true. By asking strangers to pose in front of a UV camera, Leveritt reveals that there’s much more going on than we realize when we step out into the sunlight. You’re going to think twice before the next time you go out in the sun.
