Cat Is Rescued After Getting His Head Stuck In An Iron Fence

When a stray cat got his head stuck between the bars of an iron fence, the Los Angeles Animal Services Specialized Mobile Animal Rescue Team, otherwise known as SMART, was called out to rescue the feline in distress. The stray, nicknamed Midnight by neighbors, was known to regularly go in and out of the bottom of the fence. But one day, after being cruelly shot twice with a BB gun, the poor kitty got scared and ran through the wrong hole. After trying to gently push his head back through the bars, the rescue team enlisted the help of a vet technician who sedated Midnight as the team successfully freed him from the gate. After his dramatic rescue, Midnight was taken to an animal shelter to be cared for, and I’m very happy to report that the little guy was adopted soon after by a loving family. Baby Swan Stuck In A Fence Gets Rescued, But Not Before Daddy Causes A Scene.

Simon from the Wildlife Aid Foundation received a call about a cygnet (young swan) that found itself in a terrible predicament by getting stuck in a fence. Once near the stuck little swan, Simon had to face an angry cob (male swan) that wouldn’t let anybody near his poor baby. As he attempted to get the baby swan free, the cob kept on swiping at him with its powerful wings. Simon wouldn’t let it faze him and kindly told the angry male swan “don’t be silly” and to “stop it”. Which is just the most adorably English thing I’ve ever heard. I was half expecting him to offer the swan a cup of tea, too.
